Donald Trump will visit Kenosha, Wisconsin – the city that has seen unrest since a white police officer shot a black man in the back – on Tuesday, a White House official has said.

Jacob Blake, 29, has been left paralysed from the waist down following the shooting and remains in hospital.

The US president will meet law enforcement officials and assess damage in the city, the official said.
