Khloe Kardashian and her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson are expecting a second child via a surrogate.

The reality star and the 31-year-old basketball player, who have had an on-off relationship since 2016, already share a four-year-old daughter named True.

Kardashian has previously opened up about her potential struggles with falling pregnant.

“We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November,” her representative said.

“Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing.”

The 39-year-old has also asked for “kindness and privacy” following the announcement to allow her to focus on her growing family.

Thompson and Kardashian officially split earlier this year after it was revealed that the Chicago Bulls star had fathered a child with another woman while they were together.

He initially denied that he was the baby boy’s dad but later publicly apologised to Kardashian after a paternity test proved him wrong.

“You don’t deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you,” Thompson wrote in a statement.

It is understood that their second child was conceived before the revelations became public.

Thompson also made headlines in 2019 after being caught cheating on Kardashian with her sister Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods.

Unfortunately, that was not the first time he had been unfaithful, having cheated on the Good American co-founder with multiple woman in 2018 – just days before she gave birth to their daughter.

The pair are believed to still be separated but co-parenting.
