If you’re looking to lease an EV, there’s a great deal to be had on the 2024 VW ID.4 – Volkswagen cut lease pricing by almost $100 a month.

CarsDirect reports that according to the latest incentive data, the 2024 VW ID.4 Standard and RWD S can be leased for as little as $299 – the same price as the Tesla Model Y Long-Range Rear-Wheel Drive.

Through July 1, the 2024 Volkswagen ID.4 is listed at $299 for 36 months with $2,999 due at signing. That’s based on an MSRP of $39,735 with destination for the base model and 10,000 miles a year.

A month ago, the ID.4’s payment was $70 a month higher and an additional $1,000 was required at signing. June’s lease price is a 38% increase in savings.

This new price drop makes the ID.4’s effective cost $382 per month across the US – down from $480. That’s a price cut of $98 per month, putting the ID.4 in the lead for best EV lease deals. CarsDirect points out that this is the result of VW increasing lease cash in June to $11,750 from May’s $8,500 on both the Standard and rear-wheel drive S.

ID.4 discounts vary based on the trim level, with the biggest discount worth $12,500 on the Pro S AWD.
