Zayn Malik has confirmed the birth of his baby daughter with girlfriend Gigi Hadid.
The former One Direction singer, 27, shared the happy news on his Twitter page, writing: “Our baby girl is here, healthy & beautiful”.
He added: “To try put into words how i am feeling right now would be an impossible task.
“The love i feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, & thankful for the life we will have together x”.
He also posted an accompanying black and white shot of him holding his baby daughter’s hand.
The British singer, from Bradford, has been dating supermodel Hadid on and off since 2015.

Hadid, 25, confirmed she was pregnant with Malik’s child on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in April 2020.
“Obviously, we wished we could have announced it on our own terms,” she said.
“But we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support.” Being pregnant during a pandemic provided its own challenges, but the supermodel took it all in stride.
The couple met on the set of Malik’s music video for the song Pillowtalk.
They have since appeared together on the August 2017 cover of Vogue and also did a Versus Versace campaign as a couple, with the supermodel as the photographer.
