Boy charged with murder of woman and attempted murders of teen and man

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a woman who was shot dead in east London.

Lianne Gordon, 42, died at the scene after the shooting in Vine Close, Hackney, on Tuesday.

A 20-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy who were also injured were taken to hospital.

The Metropolitan Police said the teenager, who has not been named due to his age, has been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder.

He is also charged with possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life and with possession with intent to supply Class A drugs (crack cocaine and heroin).

He will appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court, east London, on Monday.
