A refereeing body is investigating after a video appeared to show a Premier League referee making derogatory comments about Liverpool and their former manager, Sky News understands.
In the footage, a man who appears to be David Coote uses an expletive to describe former Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.
In the clip, the man also describes Liverpool FC as “s***”.
